How quickly will I get results?
Most Quick Check results are delivered within 24 hours. Deep Dive takes 1-2 days, and Stress Test results are typically delivered within 2-3 days. Times may vary depending on tester availability.
What kind of apps can I submit?
Any web application with a publicly accessible URL. This includes SaaS products, landing pages, web apps, PWAs, and more. The app must be deployed and accessible via a browser.
What does a bug report include?
Each report includes a description of the issue, steps to reproduce, expected vs actual behavior, browser and device information, and screenshots. Deep Dive and Stress Test tiers include more detailed annotations.
Can I request specific areas to test?
Yes! When submitting your app, you can specify focus areas, user flows to test, and any known issues to avoid. Testers will prioritize your instructions.
How do testers get paid?
Testers earn money for each accepted bug report. Payments are processed weekly via Stripe. The payout amount depends on the severity and quality of the report.
What if no bugs are found?
You still receive a detailed report of the testing session, including what was tested, performance observations, and UX feedback. A clean bill of health is valuable too!
Can I get a refund?
If testing hasn't started yet, we offer a full refund. Once testing begins, we can't offer refunds, but we guarantee the agreed-upon testing time and report delivery.
How do I become a tester?
Sign up, complete a brief qualification test, and you'll be added to the tester pool. You can then browse available apps and claim ones that match your skills and interests.
